Musicians running Logic Pro for iPad with many tracks benefit from the extra headroom. If none of these describes your work, the Air will feel just as quick day to day, and the saving is better spent on storage.

What tested and graded means for a refurbished iPad Pro

Every refurbished iPad Pro is opened on our bench in Dubai Media City before it is listed. We run a full-screen pixel test for dead or stuck pixels, check touch response across the whole panel including the corners, test every camera with sample shots, both microphones and all speakers, the USB-C or Lightning port with a real cable, Apple Pencil pairing on supported models, the Smart Connector pins on Air and Pro, Face ID or Touch ID, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular with a live SIM on Cellular models. Activation Lock is cleared and a fresh iPadOS installed.

The grade describes cosmetics only, because every iPad has to pass the same checks to be sold. Grade A is close to new, Grade B has light scuffs on the back or edges with a clean screen, Grade C has visible wear on the body but an unmarked display. The grade is photographed on the actual iPad.

Apple designs iPad batteries to keep up to 80 percent of their original capacity at their rated cycle count, so a unit reading below that is described plainly as a worn battery, never hidden. What is in the box with a refurbished iPad Pro

The iPad and a charging cable of the right type, tested with the unit. A power adapter, Apple Pencil, keyboard or case is included only when we name it and photograph it separately. The original Apple box is included only when the previous owner kept it, and we tell you on WhatsApp whether it is there.
