Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SellYourMac.ae, operated by Azizi Technologies, provides a buy-back service for used Apple devices in UAE. We purchase devices from individuals and businesses at competitive prices.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 1–5 days from issuance. Final prices are subject to physical inspection of the device. If the device condition differs from what was described, we may adjust the offer. You are not obligated to accept any adjusted offer.

3. Device Requirements

Devices must not be reported as lost, stolen, or under any legal dispute. iCloud/Find My must be disabled before handover. Devices with activation locks may receive reduced or no offers.

4. Payment

Payment is processed the same day the device is verified, via bank transfer, Liv. or e& money. Payment is made in AED to UAE-based accounts only.

5. Data Erasure

We perform certified secure data erasure on all purchased devices. However, we strongly recommend backing up your data and signing out of all accounts before handover.
