Every device was bought back from a UAE owner, then opened and tested on our bench in Dubai Media City: logic board, display, ports, keyboard, camera, speakers and battery. Anything worn is replaced with a genuine Apple part, the drive is wiped, a fresh OS is installed and Activation Lock is cleared. It is then photographed, graded and listed with its battery health, and ships with a 30-day warranty.

Yes. Every MacBook, iPhone, iPad and Mac we sell is a genuine Apple product with its original serial number, which we print on your invoice so you can check it on Apple's coverage page. We do not fit aftermarket screens or third-party batteries. If a unit ever received a replacement part during refurbishment, it is a genuine Apple component and we tell you exactly what was changed before you pay.

Every device includes a 30-day SellYourMac.ae warranty covering hardware faults: battery, logic board, screen, ports, keyboard, cameras, speakers and connectivity. If anything fails the spec we promised in the listing, tell us through the quote form; we collect free in Dubai, diagnose on our bench, and you choose a repair with genuine parts, a swap for an equivalent unit, or a full refund. Accidental drops and liquid damage are the only exclusions.

Yes. Delivery in Dubai is free with our own driver, same day where possible when you confirm early. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman usually follow the next working day, free on qualifying orders. Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain go by tracked courier, with the tracking number sent to you on WhatsApp. You can also collect from our office in Dubai Media City and inspect before paying.

Always. Every MacBook, iPhone and iPad listing shows the battery's maximum capacity and, for MacBooks, the exact cycle count taken from the system report on our bench. A device with a tired battery is never quietly slipped through: it is either given a genuine replacement before listing or flagged openly and quoted lower. You see the battery screenshot on WhatsApp before you pay, not after.

Three plain-English grades, each photographed under bright light. Grade A looks like new with no visible marks. Grade B has light wear, such as faint scuffs on a lid or small marks on the frame. Grade C shows visible cosmetic wear but is fully working, with a healthy battery and a flawless screen. The grade and the photos of the exact unit are in every listing, so what arrives is what you saw.

If the device that arrives does not match the listed grade, configuration or battery report, hand it back to the driver or tell us through the quote form and we collect it free in Dubai and refund you in full. Beyond a listing mismatch, the 30-day warranty covers any hardware fault with a repair, swap or refund at your choice. Inspect at the door before paying; nothing is final until you are satisfied.
