Every refurbished Mac Mini is opened on our bench in Dubai Media City and run under sustained load before it is listed, not just powered on: an extended Cinebench run and a memory pressure test with several apps open, while we log temperatures, fan response and any throttling. Every Thunderbolt and USB port is tested with a live SSD, HDMI output is verified with a display, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are confirmed, and internal SSD speed is checked. Where thermal paste has dried or a fan is noisy we fix it before listing. Then the drive is erased and a fresh macOS installed with Activation Lock off.

The grade describes cosmetics only, because every unit has to pass the same checks to be sold. Grade A shows no marks at arm's length, Grade B has light wear such as faint scuffs, Grade C has visible marks on the case. The grade is photographed on the actual unit, not just described.

What we give instead is the result that matters for a desktop: how the unit behaved in the sustained load test logged on our bench, including peak temperature, fan behaviour and any throttling. The Mac Mini and its power cable, tested with the machine, just as Apple ships a new one. Keyboard, mouse and display are not included unless we name them; any USB or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse works, and any HDMI or Thunderbolt display connects directly.
