Where thermal paste has dried or a fan is noisy we fix it before listing. Then the drive is erased and a fresh macOS installed with Activation Lock off.

The grade describes cosmetics only, because every unit has to pass the same checks to be sold. Grade A shows no marks at arm's length, Grade B has light wear such as faint scuffs, Grade C has visible marks on the case. The grade is photographed on the actual unit, not just described.

What you see before you pay for a used Mac Mini

Before you pay for a used Mac Mini we send, on WhatsApp, photos of the exact unit and its serial number. With them we give the chip, memory and storage, the macOS version, how the unit behaved in the sustained load test, the cosmetic grade and what is in the box. A Mac Mini has no internal battery, so there is no battery screenshot to send, and we say so plainly rather than leaving it out. What we give instead is the result that matters for a desktop: how the unit behaved in the sustained load test logged on our bench, including peak temperature, fan behaviour and any throttling.
